Order process & Shipping:
Your orders are our topmost priority! We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation and aim to deliver within 8-10 days. We are tied up with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier service, especially those beyond our control.
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email, so you can easily monitor your delivery.
Exchange Policy:
We offer a one-time exchange within two days of delivery. (courier charges to be borne by the customer) To request an exchange, please WhatsApp your order number to 9321941983. Once approved, you can send us the product or if you wish us to arrange the courier, a fee of 200/- will be levied.
Note: We will dispatch the new product only after we receive the original item that is being exchanged.
Exchange Conditions:
• Each order is eligible for exchange only once.
• Exchanges are allowed for size changes or even if you simply don’t like the product.
• No exchange is allowed on sale or discounted items.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• We do not offer refunds or returns.
